Comprising an eight level heritage façade (built in c.1892) fronting Martin Place and an interconnecting 19 level office tower fronting Pitt Street constructed in the 1970s.

Flex | 14 Martin Place

Consider this your workspace, enhanced through quality ‘pay as you need it’ shared services and your name on the directory board. Here we celebrate true workplace flexibility, as SME’s can access a network of high-quality offices without committing to long term leases, rental bonds or expensive fit outs, and large corporate users in the building have the option and efficiency of project, meeting and short-term space.

Key Features:

  • Your business name on display, promoting your brand and individuality.
  • Modern office fit-out, reflecting your professionalism.
  • Contract direct with Abacus, the landlord, on flexible terms that work for you.
  • Seamless booking and billing technology.
  • Access to Abacus’ national portfolio, to assist your business placement and growth.

Previously, the traditional flex offering was only available in branded co-working and serviced office operations. Tenants were treated as ‘clients’ and were required to operate their business under the branding of the operator, an approach that we believe is unfair to SME’s and simply does not work for large corporate users.

Technology, the proliferation of co-working brands and a global pandemic have challenged how businesses operate within the office, resulting in an increased need for more diverse and readily available choices from landlords.

Our team are leading the way in this evolution. Branded by your business, and used how you want, Flex by Abacus is the answer to truly flexible work arrangements, combining the best elements of serviced office/co-working and traditional office leasing.
