THIS TRUST IS CLOSED

Unitholders voted to sell the properties in Brighton and Hampton and wind up the Trust at a meeting held on 23 June 2008.

In July 2008 both properties were sold and debt repaid. Investors have been paid back their initial investment plus capital growth. The Trust will be wound up in FY10.
