As at 30 June 2019, Abacus had an Office portfolio valued at $1,078 million across 22 assets providing 118,831 sqm of Office accommodation.

The portfolio is primarily focused on the CBDs of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with some assets located in Adelaide and Canberra.  We have a combined internal and external management approach, utilising external property managers where appropriate.
