As at 30 June 2018, Abacus owns and manages a $425 million portfolio of super convenience sub-regional and neighbourhood shopping centres focused on food and services. Five assets provide 56,488 sqm of retail space.

The portfolio is primarily focused on the major metropolitan trading areas of NSW, QLD and VIC. The retail portfolio asset management is performed by JLL by development management and overall responsibility led by John Courtney.
