As at 31 December 2017, Abacus owns and manages a $656 million self-storage portfolio across 67 assets providing 310,000 sqm of self-storage space.

The portfolio is located across key metropolitan markets on Australia’s east coast and throughout New Zealand.  Abacus has been involved in the sector since 2005 and through our operating relationship with Storage King, the largest self-storage brand and manager in the Australasian region, has become one of Australia’s largest owners of self-storage facilities in the region.

The investment strategy is to own an institutional grade portfolio of self-storage assets in key strategic markets and locations that provide strong potential for income and capital growth. The portfolio demonstrates superb geographic diversity with facilities operating across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, ACT and New Zealand.
