Property Portfolio
Abacus Property Group holds a diversified investment portfolio of primarily commercial, industrial and retail properties. Rental income from these properties is the largest contributor to the earnings of the Group.
As at 30 June 2008, Abacus Property Group had a total of $932 million in property assets on the balance sheet classified as investment properties. This total is made up of the principal investment property portfolio valued at $596 million and properties that have been acquired for future funds.
