Abacus Storage Fund is one of the largest participants in the Australasian self-storage industry with a portfolio of
41 facilities and four commercial properties valued at
over $315 million.

The Fund's portfolio of storage facilities is spread throughout Australia and New Zealand.  Day-to-day management of the facilities is outsourced to Storage King, Australasia's largest self storage operator. 

The portfolio has total land area of approximately 366,000 square metres and approximately 200,000 square metres of lettable area.  

The current annual distribution is 8.75 cents per security.
