Evolution

Originally built in 1988, Walker Street comprises a fitness centre and hairdresser to the lower ground floor, a new lobby cafe, Coles supermarket and 21 levels of A grade office accommodation. It was most recently refurbished in 2022 with the completion of an upgrade to the lobby and upgrades to tenancies and amenities throughout the tower. Tenancies on the upper levels facing south capture Harbour views. In 2024 the building received carbon neutral certification from Climate Active as a result of the sustainable measures implemented throughout the building.
