As at 30 June 2021, Abacus had an Office portfolio valued at $1,646 million across 23 assets providing 199,837 sqm of office accommodation.

The portfolio is primarily focused on the CBDs of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with some assets located in Adelaide and Canberra.  We have a combined internal and external management approach, utilising external property managers where appropriate.
